THE ONE-STOP SHOP FOR CHILD DATA
The StatCHILD platform is an exclusive and exhaustive repository dedicated to data concerning children in Niger.
This project was born to address the problem of production and dissemination of data experienced by the various humanitarian and development actors.
Users of StatCHILD not only benefit from access to reliable and up-to-date data; they also discover rigorous and standardized methods of data collection, processing, and analysis. These methodologies, made available to users, promote a consistent and reproducible approach in generating new data and knowledge, ensuring that the information produced is not only valid but also comparable and interoperable across different contexts and sectors. By providing a common working framework, the platform actively contributes to the development of informed strategies and interventions, thus supporting efforts to improve living conditions and promote the well-being of children.
